Menu Plan Monday


**This is just a plan and plans have the ability to change at the cook's discretion! I am so glad that menu plans are JUST PLANS because last week's plans got changed more than once!

Lunches listed are for the kids and I as dh usually takes dinner leftovers each day.A special thanks to Laura-Organizing Junkie for hosting Menu Plan Monday! Need help with your menus, go check others out at her site!**


Sunday(2-17)
Breakfast: eggs, hashbrowns, cinnamon rolls, and sausage links
Lunch: sandwiches and chips
Dinner: homemade burgers and fries
Snack: snack basket


Monday(2-18)
Breakfast: waffles, canadian bacon, and fruit
Lunch: pizza rolls
Dinner: Saucy Pork Chops, rice, and green beans
Snack: brownies & milk


Tuesday(2-19)
Breakfast: cereal and toast or leftover cinnamon roll
Lunch: sandwich, chips, baby carrots or applesauce
Dinner: “Soup Night”/Leftover Makeovers—homemade chicken rice soup, and veggie beef soup with homemade rolls
Snack: trail mix


Wednesday(2-20)
Breakfast: pancakes, eggs, and sausage links
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and biscuits
Snack: snack basket


Thursday(2-21)
Breakfast: cereal, poptarts and yogurt
Lunch: chicken nuggets and macaroni & cheese
Dinner: spaghetti and garlic texas toast
Snack: snack basket


Friday(2-22)
Breakfast: cereal and donuts
Lunch: leftovers or sandwiches, chips, applesauce
Dinner: “Homemade Long John Silver’s Night”---oven fried chicken, fish, and shrimp, fries, and corn
Snack: ice cream sundaes

Saturday(2-23)
Breakfast: "Cook's Choice"
Lunch: ?????
Dinner: baked lemon pepper chicken, buttered noodles, peas, and homemade rolls
Snack: cookies, bbq smokies, and popcorn (church small group night)

Wow! I love that you planned ahead for all three meals! Great job! Homemade Long John Silver Night sounds awesome! :)

I noticed you're a homeschooling mom. I am interested in homeschooling my girls as well and am in the process of researching all the different curriculum. I'll have to head over and check out the links you referred in your favorite section!
