**Another week is upon us so that means it is time for another menu plan! This is just a plan and it could change on the cook’s whim!
Last week’s menus went off without too much trouble! I did get some of my baking that I had planned done but I still have several things that I need to do so that my family doesn't start complaining of having nothing good to snack on or eat for breakfast! I did have to change some of the dinner meals around on the different days because I was getting a few complaints of the same types of meals being served. For instance, we had creamy chicken (#1), noodles and green beans for dinner last Monday so hubby didn’t want to have Easy Beef Stroganoff (no mushrooms and making own beef gravy), noodles, peas/salad, and biscuits later in the week so I moved that meal to this week and did something quick that night.
This week’s grocery shopping was more of a stockpile shopping week. I am to the point where I should just need to go after milk and fresh produce for this week! Come back later in the week to see if I did that or if I couldn’t help myself with the sales that are going on this week!! One of my favorite stores is having a 10 for $10 get 11th item Free Sale which has several good items!!!
Lunches listed are for the kids and me. Usually with our lunches I served carrot sticks, and some kind of fruit along with juice to drink. Hubby usually takes dinner leftovers each day along with several items for snacks.

Sunday (8-3)
Breakfast: eggs, hash browns, Canadian bacon and jiffy muffins
Lunch: pizza rolls
Dinner: McDs(after church)
Snack: sandwiches (before church)
Monday (8-4)
Breakfast: cereal and toast
Lunch: sandwich and chips
Dinner: Easy Beef Stroganoff (no mushrooms and making own beef gravy), noodles, peas/salad, and biscuits **carryover from last week**
Snack: snack basket
Tuesday (8-5)
Breakfast: waffles
Lunch: sandwich and chips
Dinner: oven fried chicken (#5), mashed potatoes & gravy, corn
Snack: cookies & milk
Wednesday (8-6)
Breakfast: bagels, yogurt and cereal
Lunch: chicken nuggets and tater tots
Dinner: saucy pork chops, rice, green beans and honey oatmeal rolls **carryover from a couple of weeks ago!**
Snack: snack basket
Thursday (8-7)
Breakfast: buttermilk pancakes and sausage
Lunch: pizza rolls
Dinner: grilled lemon pepper chicken, crashed potatoes, corn and biscuits
Snack: snack basket
Friday (8-8)
Breakfast: cereal and toast
Lunch: sandwich and chips
Dinner: grilled bacon cheeseburgers, fries and fresh veggies
Snack: homemade chocolate shakes
Saturday (8-9)
Breakfast: “Cook’s Choice”
Lunch:????
Dinner: ???? (checking other's menus for inspiration!!!)
Snack: popcorn or snack basket

Sounds yummy! And, I love all your chicken ideas. I may have said that before, but it is worth repeating.
The Crashed Potatoes sound yummy.
Mmmm...oven fried chicken. Makes my mouth water. Yum!
Menu looks yummy! I cant wait for our dinner tonite! Baked Potatoes, Grilled Corn on cobb, and fresh salad from my garden! I just picked some ripe cherry tomatoes and I cant wait to bite right into them. LOL
