Menu Plan Monday

**This is just a plan and plans have the ability to change at the cook's discretion!
Last week was a short week for me cooking wise and I was able to stick to the menu totally!

Hubby and I did make it to our church’s couples retreat despite still being a little sick. We learned about some things that we need to change or improve on in our life. We are refreshed and ready to tackle the week and months ahead!

This week’s menus are made from my freezer and pantry stock! I have found several things(like a package of raw ground beef) in the freezer that I need to use up. I would like to find a couple of new recipes to try later in the week so I have a couple of dinner meals left blank for that reason. If I don’t find anything new and exciting, I probably will resort to old time family favorites.

I am also going to be doing some restocking of homemade baked goods in the freezer this week. I seem to have let my stock totally deplete! OOOOPPPSSS!

Lunches listed are for the kids and I as hubby usually takes dinner leftovers each day.

A special thanks to Laura-Organizing Junkie for hosting Menu Plan Monday! Need help with your menus, go check others out at her site!**

Looks like a wonderful menu. I love the snack basket idea. I have a friend who does the same thing and I have been thinking that I need to start doing it myself.
