4 ½ cups frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups frozen green beans
1 cup frozen sliced carrots
4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ cup water
Use an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Combine first 3 ingredients. Top with chicken breasts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and veggies. Cover and bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Uncover bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
