Weekly Shopping Trip--Savings $84.12

It has been a busy week here!!  Not only have I homeschooled four of my kids but I have also had to work in the schedule TWO church drama practices, TWO soccer practices, TWO soccer games, a dentist appointment, a bible study, the suburban in the shop for just half a day, and then you can not forget the usual keeping of the house, people fed and grocery shopping.  Whew!! PLUS, hubby and I have been working at painting walls, moving cabinets and re-doing the drop ceiling in our basement family room/playroom/school room/the room we spend 85%-95% of our waking moments in each day!! Oh and this isn't your average size room either---this room is half our basement wide and end to end of our ranch size house(about 300 sq. feet) And to think that I have to do all again next week!  Oh I also paid bills because of payday and did a baking day

I made it to the stores this week and ended up spending close to $150 plus also doing my monthly Sam's run.  I have been doing a pantry & freezer spring cleaning and have been successful enough that I was already running out of things that are "staples" at this house! There is still several more things that I would love to work into the menus so that will be happening in the next couple of weeks.
